US Finance Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a US Finance Recruiter to join HonorVet Technologies’ talent acquisition team in Mohali. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring finance and accounting professionals for US‑based clients, working the US night shift to align with candidate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting talent across the United States.
• Fill positions such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers, Tax Professionals, Payroll Specialists, Auditors, Bookkeepers, AP/AR Specialists, and Finance Managers.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, and multiple job portals to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules and nurture candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in US staffing, preferably within finance recruitment.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work the US night shift from an onsite Mohali office.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
