US Blue-Collar Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic US Blue‑Collar Recruiter to join our in‑house recruitment team in Mohali. The role operates on a US night‑shift schedule (6:30 PM‑3:30 AM) and requires end‑to‑end ownership of the hiring process for skilled‑trade candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source US blue‑collar and technical candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and community.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook groups, colleges, trade schools, referrals, job portals and other creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial screening and phone interviews.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process until closure.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Prior experience recruiting US blue‑collar or technical talent.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong US cultural awareness.
• Extroverted, energetic, confident and relationship‑oriented.
• Self‑driven with a strong “hunter” mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Experience using Facebook and community groups for recruitment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
