About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Trust and Consumer Support Consultant to help maintain a safe, reliable, and member‑centric environment on its platform. Working in a hybrid model, you will investigate trust, privacy, and security incidents, ensuring compliance with LinkedIn’s policies while delivering swift resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of internal and external inquiries related to trust, privacy, and security incidents.
• Provide timely solutions through email, chat, and phone while balancing detailed research with efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to address member concerns and improve service quality.
• Identify fraudulent activities, policy violations, and potential risks, recommending operational improvements.
