Traveling English Teacher & Trainer for Schools (India)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced English teacher who will travel across India to deliver workshops, training sessions and quality audits in partner schools. The role combines classroom instruction, teacher development and on‑site curriculum monitoring to ensure effective implementation of our English programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct student workshops on English language and communication skills.
• Deliver training sessions on pedagogy, curriculum design and delivery methods for teachers.
• Organise and lead seminars and orientation programmes for students, parents and school staff.
• Perform on‑site quality audits of English teaching in partner schools and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the English curriculum across visited schools.
• Collect field data, feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of programmes.
• Assist in developing content and training modules based on observations from the field.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining positive relationships with school leadership and staff.
• Submit timely reports on visits, session outcomes and academic quality.

Required profile

• Strong command of English language and subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in teaching, training or curriculum development.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across multiple Indian cities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
