Travel Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, target‑driven Sales Executive to join Kingjills Travels. The role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and nurturing long‑term customer relationships within the travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of sales experience (travel industry preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is a plus.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
