Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

The Travel Sales Consultant will serve B2C customers in Ahmedabad, handling inquiries and selling a full range of travel products. You will work on the phone, WhatsApp and email to turn leads into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to domestic and international travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa services, cruises and travel insurance.
• Customize itineraries and packages to match client needs.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including sightseeing tours, transfers and activities.
• Provide accurate advice on destinations, routes and visa requirements.
• Stay updated on travel trends, airline deals and hotel offers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional sales and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Prior experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Executive or Holiday Package Sales Consultant.
• Result‑oriented, customer‑focused and passionate about tourism.
