Travel Consultant – Personalized Travel Services

About the role

Dimaak Tours is seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to design and book customized international vacations. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and activities based on budget and interests.
• Research visa requirements, travel restrictions, health and safety guidelines.
• Create detailed, personalized itineraries and manage all booking processes, including ticketing, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and partners to ensure smooth logistics and resolve any issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging destinations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve travel‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (BA/BSc/M.A./MBA in Tourism) or 1‑2 years experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and related products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking software.
• Experience using reservation systems.
