Travel Consultant – Luxury B2C International Travel

About the role

We are a fast‑growing luxury travel company seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to design and deliver bespoke international itineraries. You will work directly with high‑expectation clients, turning their travel dreams into unforgettable experiences while collaborating with internal teams and global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with individual clients to capture travel goals, preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Create fully customized itineraries for honeymoons, family trips, adventure, wellness, and more.
• Manage end‑to‑end planning, including hotels, transfers, activities, flights, insurance, and visa requirements.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotel partners, and on‑ground teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Recommend unique experiences and off‑the‑beaten‑path destinations.
• Stay current on entry rules, travel advisories, and local attractions.
• Provide pre‑travel consultations and on‑trip support as needed.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce polished proposals and presentations.
• Maintain client records and communications using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of B2C travel sales or consulting experience, focused on international destinations.
• Strong knowledge of European and African destinations.
• Experience designing customized travel plans rather than fixed packages.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus).
• Experience using DMC platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
