Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Travel Consultant at Tripyog you will be the first point of contact for customers, turning their travel aspirations into booked journeys. The role blends sales, customer service and itinerary planning, offering a fast‑track career path in a rapidly expanding travel company.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages, destinations and itineraries.
• Handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Plan and customize domestic and international holiday packages within customer budgets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth ticketing, hotel reservations and other logistics.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Keep up‑to‑date with destination information, visa requirements, airline and hotel offers.
• Record leads, bookings and interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism degree is a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience in travel sales, hospitality or other customer‑facing roles; freshers with strong passion for travel are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Good knowledge of popular domestic destinations.
• Based in Patna or willing to relocate.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing leads and bookings.
