About the role

Glabol Expedition is seeking a passionate, customer‑focused Travel Consultant to join its team. You will help clients design memorable journeys by understanding their preferences, budgets, and travel goals.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customers' travel requirements, preferences and budgets.
• Recommend suitable domestic and international destinations.
• Create customized travel packages and detailed itineraries.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Provide comprehensive information on flights, hotels, sightseeing, activities and travel packages.
• Manage changes, queries and travel‑related concerns professionally.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure an excellent travel experience.
• Stay updated on popular destinations, travel trends, offers and new packages.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor, Holiday Consultant or similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable travel solutions.
• Experience in itinerary planning, package costing and quotation preparation.
• Sales and follow‑up skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple inquiries.
• Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
