Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our Amballur office in Thrissur. You will guide clients from the first inquiry through to final booking, creating memorable travel experiences while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture travel preferences, budgets and timelines.
• Design customized itineraries for domestic and international trips.
• Handle all booking components – flights, hotels, transfers, activities and visa assistance.
• Manage lead follow‑up, convert prospects into confirmed reservations and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records, communicate updates promptly and provide post‑travel support.
• Stay informed on industry trends, destination knowledge and travel regulations.
• Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and travel partners.

Required profile

• Prior experience in travel consulting, reservations or travel management.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Amballur.

Required skills

• Understanding of ticketing processes and visa requirements.
