Sales Executive – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team in Sobha City, Thrissur. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, driving daily and monthly sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Follow store SOPs, etiquette, and timing guidelines.
• Assist the store manager with stock management and inventory audits.
• Complete all mandatory trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept and demonstrate products.
• Help customers select the right perfume and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Perform daily checklists, place stock requests to head office, validate and receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) with 0‑2 years of retail sales experience; freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Ability to converse in multiple languages.
