Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Consultant to join our Kochi office. In this full-time position you will guide customers through the entire travel planning process, delivering personalized holiday experiences that reflect Magi Holidays’ premium brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, visas, ticketing and related services.
• Design and book customized tour packages for individual and corporate clients.
• Communicate with customers to capture their travel preferences and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
• Promote Magi Holidays’ offerings and contribute to sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting or travel management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple client requests.
• Graduation in tourism, hospitality or a related field is preferred.
