Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Travel Consultant at Tentgram, you will help travelers turn their vacation ideas into unforgettable experiences. You will work closely with customers to understand their preferences, design personalized itineraries, and guide them through the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer travel preferences and budget constraints.
• Design customized travel itineraries, including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer service from initial enquiry to final booking.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting monthly sales targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and Tentgram’s experiential packages.
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Travel & Tourism preferred).
• Experience in B2C sales or the travel industry is an advantage.
• Strong customer‑first mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi is preferred.
