About the role
Auslen Holidays is looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join its dynamic team in Kochi. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking travel advice and will help turn their travel dreams into reality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and itinerary planning.
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services using company systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Graduate in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong passion for travel and excellent customer service orientation.
