Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join our Jaipur team. You will design customized holiday itineraries, manage bookings, and deliver exceptional service to both domestic and international travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Design personalized itineraries based on preferences, budget, and objectives.
• Handle end‑to‑end bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, insurance, visas and other services.
• Prepare accurate quotations and travel proposals.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs and other partners for reservations and confirmations.
• Process amendments, cancellations, refunds and special requests efficiently.
• Provide pre‑travel, during‑travel and post‑travel assistance to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain booking records and update the CRM system.
• Stay updated on destinations, visa regulations, airline policies and tourism trends.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet service standards and sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, OTA or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Experience with FIT, group tours, honeymoon, family, corporate or luxury travel.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Proficiency in flight booking systems and hotel reservation platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience using travel CRM or booking software.
