Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Travel Consultant at BCD Travel, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, helping them navigate travel policies and book journeys efficiently. You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost‑effective travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for corporate clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies while providing expert consultation.
• Handle regulatory requirements such as DOT, TSA, passport, and visa compliance.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date industry information, including fare options, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry and related services.

Required profile

• Experience handling corporate clients and international ticketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems.
