Transportation Specialist – Inbound Operations

About the role

The Transportation Specialist in the NOC Inbound team ensures smooth information flow between warehouses, category teams, and carriers. The role focuses on inbound freight planning, appointment scheduling, and resolving issues that affect customer experience and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Research and query internal tools to provide real‑time resolutions for vendor and seller requests.
• Manage inbound appointment scheduling, modifications, and rescue operations across multiple regions.
• Communicate progress, identify blockers, and propose solutions to improve vendor experience.
• Analyze data trends to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics).
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven time‑management skills and ability to work with internal, partner, and customer teams.
