Transportation Representative – Logistics Support

About the role

The Transportation Representative (NOC IB) acts as the primary interface between Amazon and its delivery partners, handling stakeholder communication and issue resolution. You will support sellers and delivery partners, ensuring smooth operations and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and delivery partners at all times.
• Provide prompt, efficient service and expedite issue resolution.
• Manage sensitive cases by following the escalation matrix.
• Demonstrate strong time‑management and meet performance metrics.
• Identify trends, propose logical solutions, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong comprehension and concentration abilities to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent typing speed and proficiency navigating websites and email applications.
