Transportation Representative – EU Fleet

About the role

The Transportation Representative in the EU Fleet works within Amazon's Transportation Operation Center (TOC) to ensure smooth inbound and outbound freight movement across the supply chain. The role involves real‑time problem solving, data‑driven analysis and continuous improvement of transportation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with external stakeholders such as carriers, vendors and suppliers, as well as internal teams including retail, finance, software support and fulfillment centers.
• Monitor inbound and outbound freight flows, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely pick‑up and delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers or customer premises.
• Extract and analyse data from multiple databases using tools like Excel, Access or SQL to produce ad‑hoc reports and performance metrics.
• Identify trends in network exceptions, propose process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Scope business and functional requirements for Amazon technology solutions.

Required profile
