Training Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Training Officer to join our team at Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering consistent administrative support to internal customers and assisting the Training Manager in running the training function efficiently. You will play a key part in ensuring that all training activities are well‑organized and aligned with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality administrative assistance to staff and trainees, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Support the Training Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring training programmes for hotel personnel.
• Maintain training records, schedules and related documentation, and handle trainee inquiries promptly.
• Assist in preparing training materials, arranging logistics and evaluating training effectiveness to suggest improvements.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel‑related operational roles is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
