Training Manager

About the role

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd., a technology‑driven solid waste management company, is looking for a dynamic Training Manager to lead its learning and development initiatives. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that support a high‑performance culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage end‑to‑end training programs for employees across multiple functions.
• Design and deliver onboarding, functional, behavioral, leadership and process training.
• Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, manuals, SOPs, process documents, videos and assessments.
• Standardize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational consistency.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job training sessions with high learner engagement.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain training calendars, learning records, certifications and attendance documentation.
• Research and apply modern instructional design practices and digital learning tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate learning and development or training management.
• Proven ability to create SOPs, process documentation and manage knowledge assets.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and project‑management capabilities.
