Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead all training initiatives for our home cleaning partners in the designated cities. The role combines technical instruction on cleaning procedures with behavioral coaching to ensure a delightful customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve training content aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Deliver hands‑on training and support to professional partners on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for high‑quality home cleaning services.
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring consistent delivery across all locations.
• Monitor, evaluate and adjust training programs based on effectiveness and evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify training gaps and create targeted solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices for blue‑collar workforce development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development within top‑tier hotels, facility management or startups.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and manage teams of trainers.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
