Technical Training Manager – Service & Development

About the role

Euler Motors is seeking a Manager – Training & Development to lead technical capability development for technicians, PSEs and service officials across its EV service network. The role involves designing, delivering and continuously improving training programmes that enable teams to handle evolving electric‑vehicle products and field requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programmes for technicians, PSEs and service teams, including classroom, workshop and hands‑on sessions on EV systems and vehicle components.
• Support service teams in diagnosing complex issues, translate field learnings into structured training interventions, and provide technical input for new product, feature or system launches.
• Conduct training need analysis, build monthly/quarterly training calendars, and define learning objectives, assessment methods and certification criteria.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering and product teams to develop and continuously update training materials such as technical manuals, SOPs, troubleshooting guides and diagnostic flowcharts.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs, certification scores and field performance, using data and feedback to refine programmes.

Required profile

• Strong automotive or electric‑vehicle technical knowledge combined with proven experience in designing and delivering technical training.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work with service, quality, R&D and operations teams.
