Training Manager – DSF (Rajahmundry)

About the role

The Training Manager will lead learning initiatives for Field Sales (FLS) and Advisors, ensuring they acquire the knowledge and skills needed to boost productivity across the region. This role designs and delivers induction programs, workshops on recruitment and selling, and ongoing learning interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a regional training architecture that aligns learning with performance goals.
• Publish and manage a monthly training calendar covering licensing, advisor induction, selling skills, product refreshers and more.
• Coordinate closely with the sales hierarchy to roll out learning initiatives and track follow‑up activities.
• Promote the use of sales tools and aids to enhance day‑to‑day performance.
• Organise and execute critical events such as new product launches, fund introductions and regulatory updates.
• Deliver targeted learning interventions that address regional challenges and capture seasonal business opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience delivering training to field sales teams and advisors.
• Ability to manage training programs across multiple branches and dispersed locations.
• Strong coordination skills to work with sales leadership and ensure implementation of learning plans.
• Capability to organise product launches and regulatory change communications.
