Training Lead (Learning Experience Leader)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Training Lead, also known as a Learning Experience Leader, to design and expand training programs for its content moderation teams. You will create a positive learning environment and ensure that foundational skills training aligns with product‑specific methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve training and development programs for content moderators.
• Align foundation skills training with product‑specific training initiatives.
• Prepare moderators to handle sensitive and disturbing content, including child exploitation, animal cruelty, gang violence, murder, and hate speech.
• Collaborate with wellness and resiliency teams to provide counseling resources and support for employees exposed to high‑risk material.
• Maintain training documentation and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing learning programs, preferably for large, distributed teams.
• Familiarity with content moderation workflows and the challenges of handling disturbing material.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster an engaging, supportive learning environment.
