Training Design and Delivery Leader

About the role

The Training Design and Delivery Leader partners across 3M to create and execute an integrated learning strategy. You will own the full lifecycle of instructional design, digital delivery, analytics, and team development, ensuring high‑impact learning experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end instructional design, collaborating with SMEs to produce e‑learning, job aids, reference materials, and multimedia assets.
• Develop and optimize digital learning experiences using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Digital Adoption Platforms while applying adult‑learning principles.
• Own technical training delivery and LMS management, ensuring accurate, accessible, and compliant content publication.
• Manage learning operations, including scheduling, enrolments, instructor support, logistics, and risk mitigation.
• Drive learning analytics with advanced Excel and Power BI, monitoring execution, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
• Coach and develop a team of learning professionals to maintain consistent, high‑quality results.
