About the role
The Training Coordinator will manage training operations across Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata, ensuring smooth delivery of courses and comprehensive student support. This role is pivotal in coordinating faculty, resources, and administrative processes to maintain high standards of education and student satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule faculty and optimise classroom and staff utilisation
- Form batches and file mandatory student documents
- Distribute courseware to students
- Inspect student grooming and appearance
- Support placement‑related activities
- Manage student fee collections
- Prepare daily reports on training delivery and placements
- Oversee student certification processes
- Ensure high attendance and reduce drop‑outs
- Drive upselling through student referrals
- Organise timely parent‑teacher meetings
- Conduct student engagement activities
