Trainer – Generative AI & Automation

About the role

The Trainer – Generative AI & Automation will lead a 90‑day skilling program for unemployed graduates, teaching practical AI and automation tools. The role blends hands‑on technical expertise with the ability to make complex concepts accessible to first‑time learners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the full curriculum in an engaging, learner‑friendly manner.
• Facilitate practical sessions using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Jasper and ElevenLabs.
• Conduct live demos, coding walkthroughs and real‑world workflow simulations.
• Track learner progress through quizzes, assignments and project reviews, providing timely feedback.
• Mentor participants through capstone projects from problem identification to solution design and documentation.
• Review and refine modules, assessments and practical exercises for each cohort.
• Develop supplementary resources like prompt libraries, cheat sheets and templates.
• Connect classroom learning to industry use cases and support portfolio development for placement.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on expertise with generative AI tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to teach technical concepts to learners with diverse academic backgrounds and limited prior exposure.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proactive in identifying learners who need additional support and providing remedial guidance.
