About the role
The Trainee Solutions Engineer will support the Trial Interactive Product Management team, gaining hands‑on experience with the development life‑cycle and preparing for future opportunities within the Solutions Engineering team at TransPerfect.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Service Desk Analysts and Solutions Engineers to resolve system tickets and handle escalations.
- Assist with data migration using predefined utilities, conduct post‑deployment testing, and support large‑scale, high‑availability system builds for Enterprise Life Sciences clients.
- Create custom eLearning videos on eTMF and SSU modules, document and test new software applications, and investigate technical issues such as web services.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- MSSQL, MySQL, XML, C#
- General knowledge of web application development, SOA and web services
