About the role
Al-Khaleej Tours & Travels is seeking an experienced Tour Coordinator to manage travel arrangements and tour packages for clients in Kerala. The role involves coordinating itineraries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of tours.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and confirm travel bookings, accommodations, and transportation for tour groups.
- Prepare and customise tour packages according to client preferences.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor tour progress and resolve any issues that arise during travel.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and itinerary changes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tour coordination, travel, or tourism.
- Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with travel arrangements and tour package structures.
