Tools & Technology Specialist – Endpoint & Email Security

About the role

Persistent is seeking a Tools & Technology specialist to lead the design, deployment and operation of endpoint and email security solutions within its Security Center of Excellence. The role is based in Pune and focuses on building secure, automated architectures for client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate security tools for endpoint and email protection.
• Develop reference architectures, standards and automation scripts for the security domain.
• Evaluate, onboard and integrate new security products and platforms.
• Provide deep technical support to delivery teams and clients.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and continuously improve security solutions.
• Document designs, run‑books and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in endpoint and email security.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with security tools and platforms.
• Proven experience designing and operating security solutions.
• Good understanding of security architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud environments, automation and modern security platforms.
• Relevant industry or product certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
