TM Architect

About the role

The TM Architect will lead the end‑to‑end design process for regional projects, ensuring that concepts, specifications and construction deliverables are aligned and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design lifecycle for assigned projects, from concept to final hand‑over.
• Apply and interpret NBC, PMC_PCMC By‑laws and UDCPR regulations throughout the design process.
• Conduct internal test‑fit studies and perform area calculations to produce accurate design outputs.
• Translate design ideas into detailed briefs for consultants and external architects.
• Coordinate with consultant teams and internal departments to maintain consistency across GFA, GFC and sales materials.
• Secure design approvals and material resources, monitor progress, and address design‑related issues during construction.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, project timelines, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Promote continuous learning for self and team through training and project experience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of construction design principles and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary design teams and drive projects to completion.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NBC regulations
• Knowledge of PMC_PCMC By‑laws
• Knowledge of UDCPR regulations
