Test Automation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives for large‑scale, customer‑facing platforms. The role combines technical leadership, testing practice transformation, and client engagement to drive modern quality engineering across complex programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise‑wide QA and test automation strategies aligned with business goals and technology architecture.
• Assess current testing practices and create transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and measurable quality outcomes.
• Design scalable automation architectures covering UI, API, integration, component, contract and end‑to‑end testing.
• Establish CI/CD‑integrated continuous testing processes, including test‑impact analysis, risk‑based test selection, and pipeline optimisation.
• Monitor QA metrics such as automation coverage, execution time, test reliability, defect leakage and release confidence.
• Support RFP responses, presales activities and solutioning initiatives for digital commerce and retail platforms.

Required profile

• 13‑15 years of experience in software testing, test automation and quality assurance engineering.
• Proven track record of leading testing teams and driving QA transformation at programme or enterprise level.
• Strong client‑facing skills with experience in presales, solutioning and RFP support.
• Experience in digital commerce, retail or other large‑scale customer‑facing platforms is highly desirable.
