Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring that customer shipments are picked up and delivered on time within an assigned territory while providing a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments according to scheduled timelines.
• Handle parcels safely and ensure proper loading and unloading.
• Scan shipments accurately at each touch point.
• Collect cash‑on‑delivery (COD) payments and process proof‑of‑delivery (POD) documentation.
• Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
