About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) is a frontline position within Blue Dart Express Limited’s Pickup & Delivery Operations. Reporting to the Inbound or Outbound Shift In‑charge, the TSR ensures smooth service delivery across assigned territories while travelling up to 25% of the time.

Key responsibilities

Report directly to the Inbound Shift In‑charge or Outbound Shift In‑charge, as applicable.
Travel up to 25% of the time to support territory operations.
Work from a branch or service centre location, handling day‑to‑day operational tasks.
