Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for handling shipments within a defined delivery area. This role involves loading, scanning, delivering, and managing undelivered parcels while ensuring accurate documentation and customer acknowledgment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan shipments for outbound processing.
• Deliver shipments to the correct addresses and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with undelivered status and hand over undelivered parcels and COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations according to cut‑off times.
• If shipments are serviceable, count them, obtain acknowledgment, and record the count.
• In‑scan shipments upon return to the office, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Physical ability to unload and handle parcels.
• Attention to detail for accurate scanning and data entry.
• Strong customer service orientation to obtain acknowledgments.
• Ability to follow delivery routes and meet cut‑off schedules.
