Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned geographic area. This role ensures that shipments are accurately scanned, delivered on time, and that any undelivered items are properly documented and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan each shipment.
• Outscan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver shipments to the correct address and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with undelivered status and hand over undelivered items and COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations before cut‑off times.
• If serviceable, count shipments, obtain customer acknowledgment, and record counts.
• Inscan shipments upon return to the office, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery routes accurately.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and supervisors.
• Reliability in meeting cut‑off times and handling cash on delivery.
• Physical ability to load and unload shipments.

Required skills

• Operation of handheld scanning devices.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry.
