Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for end‑to‑end handling of shipments within an assigned area. This includes receiving, sorting, loading, delivering, and collecting parcels while ensuring accurate documentation and cash‑on‑delivery (COD) handling.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then out‑scan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the correct address, obtain customer acknowledgment via a BYOD device, and update status codes for any undelivered items.
• Hand over COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day and transfer undelivered shipments to the supervisor.
• Follow proper dress code, carry field bags, and adhere to SOPs for pickups, including timely collection, location verification, and acknowledgment on pickup sheets.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, manage rapid data entry, and prepare canvas bags for vehicle loading.
• Maintain punctuality for all delivery and pickup activities.

Required profile

• Willingness to follow detailed SOPs and training briefings.
• Ability to work on foot for extended periods and handle physical loads.
• Reliability in handling cash and maintaining accurate documentation.

Required skills

• Operation of handheld scanning devices.
• Use of mobile devices (BYOD) for data capture and acknowledgment.
• Basic data entry and status‑code updating.
