Territory Service Representative – Delivery Biker

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (Bikers) is responsible for handling parcel deliveries and pickups using a bike. The role involves loading, sorting, scanning, and delivering shipments to customers while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting of parcels.
• Follow the designated delivery route and deliver shipments to the correct address.
• Obtain customer acknowledgment via a BYOD device and update status codes for any undelivered items.
• Hand over COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day and transfer undelivered shipments to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry field bags for all delivery points.
• Execute pickups according to SOP, verify serviceable locations, count shipments, and record acknowledgments.
• In‑scan shipments at the office and manage rapid entry processes.
• Bag and load canvas bags into the vehicle for timely connections.

Required profile

• Ability to ride a bike safely while handling parcels.
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and training guidelines.
• Attention to detail for scanning, sorting, and documentation.
• Physical capability to load and unload bags and handle COD transactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile devices for scanning and customer acknowledgment.
• Basic knowledge of parcel sorting and routing processes.
