Territory Sales Representative – Pickup & Delivery

About the role

The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for providing timely pickup and delivery services while growing business within an assigned route. This field‑based role combines customer service, logistics, and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide intact and timely pickup and delivery of shipments on your own route.
• Ensure proper connection and hand‑over of shipments collected from the territory.
• Develop and expand the assigned territory or route.
• Grow business with existing customers and generate new sales leads.
• Continuously upgrade product and operations knowledge.
• Share competitive information with the team.

Required profile

• Dependable, friendly and tech‑savvy individual.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Age between 19 and 28 years.
• Minimum education: SSLC / 10th pass.
• Good knowledge of the geographical area of assignment.
• Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak).
• Access to a smartphone for task management and communication.
