Territory Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales (Jabalpur)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Territory Manager for the Mahakoshal area, based in Jabalpur. You will be responsible for driving sales of Roche’s healthcare products through distribution and retail channels, acting as a strategic partner to the Area Sales Manager and ensuring market demand is accurately forecasted.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales strategies to meet SKU‑wise monthly targets.
• Monitor and manage distributor performance, recommending new partners or terminating under‑performing ones.
• Collaborate with distributors and dealers to remove barriers to product access.
• Implement sales promotion and merchandising activities designed by the Marketing team, tracking expenses and results.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and provide regular reports to the ASM.
• Address distributor and customer complaints, coordinating with customer care.
• Organise dealer meetings aligned with marketing strategies to maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure timely monthly collections and submit inventory requirements for distributors.

Required profile

• Ability to analyse market data and provide accurate demand forecasts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with distributors and internal teams.
