About the role
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to oversee commercial activities within an assigned region. The role combines contract administration, order processing, logistics coordination and commission management to ensure smooth delivery of pharmaceutical products to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and finalize contracts in collaboration with the legal team, ensuring timely internal and external closure.
- Maintain custody of all executed contracts, guaranteeing completeness and easy accessibility of documentation.
- Manage the full order lifecycle from purchase order acknowledgment to issuance of pro‑forma invoices, verifying quantity, price, specifications and payment terms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain order execution approvals and prepare post‑approval checklists for Order Process Document (OPD) generation.
- Work closely with logistics to track shipping documents, dispatch details and ensure on‑time delivery while keeping customers informed.
- Handle customer and agent commission debit notes, oversee payment realization, provisioning and accurate record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or territory management.
- Familiarity with contract administration and order processing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple commercial documents.
