• Analyze market trends and competitive data to continuously improve sales strategy.
• Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and delivering data‑driven sales and retention plans.
• Manage customer accounts, advise physicians on product attributes and clinical techniques.
• Implement innovative sales tactics to improve competitive positioning and customer retention.
• Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
