Temenos Transact (T24) Support Specialist

About the role

ECS is looking for a Temenos Transact (T24) Support Specialist based in Hyderabad, India, with 5 to 7 years of experience in banking technology support and implementation. The role provides functional and technical support for T24 core banking modules, manages incident resolution, implements system enhancements and coordinates with stakeholders so that banking systems run smoothly. It requires strong problem-solving skills, deep knowledge of T24 modules and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in T24 support and/or implementation projects
• Proven ability to handle incident management, problem resolution and bug fixes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments
• Temenos certification is a plus

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with the T24 core banking system and modules such as AA, Customer, Accounts, Payments, Lending and Treasury
• T24 COB operations, performance tuning and environment support
• jBASE, TAFJ/TAFC, InfoBasic programming and T24 local customizations
• Temenos APIs, integration frameworks and interface support
• Familiarity with the Temenos upgrade and patching process
• Understanding of banking operations, compliance and regulatory standards

Good to have: exposure to Temenos Infinity or other digital channels, DevOps practices in T24, data migration tools (TCIB, TDS), reporting tools such as JasperReports and OBIEE, and prior involvement in regional banking implementations (GCC, Africa or SE Asia preferred).
