Telugu-speaking Telecaller (Customer Support)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused individual who can communicate fluently in Telugu to join our call centre team in Delhi. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, answering inquiries, and presenting our products and services over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Explain company offerings clearly and professionally in Telugu.
• Generate leads, schedule follow‑ups and record interactions in the CRM.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain daily call reports and keep customer data up to date.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Fluent in Telugu; basic Hindi or English is an advantage.
• Good communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Positive, target‑oriented attitude with strong time‑management skills.
• Freshers may apply, though prior telecalling or customer‑support experience is valued.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
