Telugu Sales Caller – Full‑time On‑site in Coimbatore

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telugu Sales Caller to join our Coimbatore office. In this full‑time position you will engage both outbound and inbound prospects, presenting our marketing solutions in Telugu and English. You will play a key part in driving conversions and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly in Telugu and English.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve scripts.

Required profile

• Fluent in Telugu with good proficiency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Coimbatore and meet performance metrics.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to scripts and uphold company values.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with CRM tools.
