Telugu Calling Agent (Outbound Sales)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Telugu‑speaking Calling Agent to join our Hyderabad team. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and supporting the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualified leads.
• Communicate fluently in Telugu, explaining products and services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Handle objections, questions and concerns politely.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups and customer details.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversions.
• Provide regular updates to the Team Leader or Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support.
• Fluent Telugu speaking and writing skills.
• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude, target‑driven mindset and ability to handle rejection.
• Basic computer knowledge.
