About the role

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Teller to join its Retail Banking team at the Ratlam branch. This full‑time role is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service and handling daily banking transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other banking transactions accurately.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers with precise record‑keeping.
• Promote and cross‑sell bank products and services.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure compliance with bank policies and security protocols.
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet service standards and support operations during peak hours.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–4 years of experience in customer service or cash handling roles.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background and credit checks.
