Telesales / Telemarketing Executive

About the role

The Executive Onboarding Activation will lead the onboarding and activation of new insurance partners for InsuranceDekho. You will guide partners through registration, ensure compliance, and help them issue their first policy.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective partners, explain the business model, and support them through the registration and onboarding process.
• Verify and collect required documents, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate internal teams for partner code creation.
• Drive activation by following up with inactive partners, educating them on products and sales processes, and tracking the activation funnel.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular calls and digital communication.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets while maintaining 100% document quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems and share productivity reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer success, BFSI, insurance, or partner management.
